Congratulations to our April 2025 Employee of the Month, Jen Cully!

When Jen joined the HR team, she didn’t have any knowledge of HR policies or processes. She jumped in right away taking over the onboarding of new candidates tasks. She has worked diligently to update the SOPs and maintains them with the determination of a momma bear defending her cubs. She takes on each task eagerly and researches to find the best way to approach it. She has become a master of the onboarding process! She manages all of AMP’s job descriptions, employment agreements, and countless other forms that are needed to support the HR team. Her dedication and attention to detail ensures that the Recruiting team has the most current and accurate information all the time. It’s truly been a pleasure to work with her!
