Jamie Heymann

Senior Vice President of Sales

Joined AMP: 2010

College Attended: Western Illinois University, Political Science

Jamie joined AMP in June 2010 as one of the very first hires in the newly forming West Region. From the start, she played a key role in building out Iowa, excelling as both a top-performing seller and an inspiring leader and trainer. She quickly distinguished herself with high activity and consistent results—especially on training days—while bringing out the best in everyone around her.

In 2013, Jamie relocated to Tennessee and revitalized a struggling market with her trademark energy and determination. Her efforts transformed it into AMP’s leading digital market. Jamie made history by being the first AMP leader to reach $100,000 in OPTIMA™ sales in a single month, a milestone that went on to set the standard for many markets that followed. By 2017, she became the first field leader to exceed $1 million in total digital sales in a year. Her success was a result of simple, solid, servant leadership—recognized in 2016 when she earned the prestigious Field General Award.

In 2019, she returned to the Midwest to launch another digital market before being promoted to AMP’s first Corporate Digital Training Manager. She supported our entire footprint, traveling across the country to mentor rising stars and rebuilding our OPTIMA™ and CloseBy Text training programs for scalable growth.

In 2020, she became Regional Manager for Iowa, driving impressive year-over-year growth in Des Moines. Two years later, Jamie was promoted to Vice President of Sales and partnered with Melinda Huza to merge the North and West markets into today’s the NorthWest Region. Just like in 2010, she led expansion efforts with vigor, planting new AMP flags in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, and North Carolina. Under her leadership, the region saw explosive growth.

Jamie is a leader who never settles. She sets high standards, leads with humility, humor, and heart, and genuinely wants the best for her people and for AMP. Spend a day with Jamie and two things are certain—you’ll move fast, and you’ll have fun.
