Jen joined American Marketing & Publishing in 2011 as a member of our Accounting Team, facilitating courtesy calls to customers who had fallen outside of our typical payment terms.  She didn’t start as a manager or a director.  She started with AMP logging 150+ phone calls a day, consistently delivering great customer service paired with unparalleled results.  Over the years, Jen has been serially promoted into roles with increasing responsibility and influence in the organization:  A/R Team Lead, A/R Manager, A/R and Customer Experience Manager and then Director.

Jen’s wealth of knowledge in BOTH Accounting and Customer Experience make her uniquely qualified for this expansive support role, Director of AMP Support Services.   Her ability to simplify complex customer accounts into easily understood segments of information combined with her unflappable demeanor are just a few of her many admired leadership traits.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her three children, passionately cheering them on the sidelines of soccer, baseball and basketball games.   In addition, she loves fundraising, participating as the President of her local Sports Boosters, and crafting.
