“It isn’t that they cannot find the solution. It is that they cannot see the problem.” – G.K. Chesterton

Joline Staeheli is one of AMP’s co-founders and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. Over her 28-year tenure, she has performed nearly every role in the company—starting as a sales representative and later serving as payroll specialist, proofreader, book distributor, recruiter, Marketing Director, Chief of Operations, and interim CTO, before stepping into her current role.

As CIO, Joline works closely with AMP’s IT infrastructure and development teams, project managers, marketing, product development, and data analytics groups to deliver innovative technology solutions that make marketing simple for America’s independent small businesses—a mission that has guided AMP since its founding. Her deep operational experience, strategic insight, and passion for problem-solving have been instrumental in AMP’s transformation from a print-focused company to a leading digital marketing provider.

With degrees from both Georgetown and Harvard, Joline describes herself as an “accidental entrepreneur,” driven by curiosity and a commitment to finding better ways to serve customers and improve business systems. Her time as a collegiate runner at Georgetown have also inspired her to give back to the sport as an assistant high school track and cross country coach.

Outside of work, Joline enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and watching her six delightful and talented children make their own impact on the world.
