Karen Bourdage is AMP’s Chief Operating Officer. She joined the AMP team in September 2006, following five years of executive leadership roles in the newspaper publishing industry. As the Corporate Controller for a publicly held newspaper company, Karen was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting including Sarbanes Oxley compliance, human resources functions, and operational management. During her tenure with the AMP, she has moved from Controller, to CFO and into her current role as the Chief Operating Officer. Karen’s passion, work ethic, and attention to detail has proved invaluable as she navigated AMP through the transition from print publishing into our current status as a leading digital innovator, never compromising the financial integrity of the business, and always managing the bottom line to budget.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, often in the role of an avid “soccer mom” to two daughters.
