Nikki Bowman began her career at AMP selling print advertising in the Northern Illinois market. After successfully completing multiple projects and realizing a promotion to the ranks of the company’s senior sales team, Nikki made the transition inside to join our recruiting team. Her background of achieving success outside proved valuable in identifying perfect candidates for her previous role. In her first year recruiting Nikki recruited many of AMP’s top 40 reps! Candidates consistently comment about Nikki’s infectious passion and enthusiasm as one of the major reasons they became interested in AMP. Her work ethic and fervor for helping people find a career has helped her ascend to her current roll as Director of Recruiting. When asked why she chose AMP Nikki replies “I wake up and live my dream job every single day. My passion for small businesses and hometown pride, coupled with being completely in control of my career is what drew me to AMP.

Nikki graduated from DePaul University and had a successful career at Enterprise Rent a Car as a Branch Manager prior to joining AMP. She grew up in the small town of Donahue, Iowa (population 250!) with her two sisters and one brother. Nikki’s a huge Iowa Hawkeyes fan and enjoys cheering on her brother who is a wrestling state champion, who also wrestles at the University of Iowa! In her spare time Nikki enjoys volunteering with the Rock River YMCA and spending time with her adorable nephew, Teddy.
