Rich Dase serves as AMP’s Chief Information Officer, bringing over 30 years of executive experience in IT strategy, infrastructure, and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering, an MBA, a JD, and is a member of the Illinois Bar. A hands-on leader, Rich has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and aligning technology initiatives with business goals to drive growth and operational excellence.
Before joining AMP, Rich held senior IT leadership roles at organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller, family-owned businesses. He served as Vice President of Information Technology at Walton Signage, where he built the IT department from the ground up and led major initiatives including ERP system optimization, IT security enhancements, and cloud migration. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at NGC and WMH Tool Group, and co-founded Ideosity, a professional services firm that earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies for four consecutive years.
Rich’s expertise spans IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, ERP systems, and custom software development. He is recognized for transforming complex challenges into strategic solutions and delivering results on time and within budget.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys exploring emerging technologies and time with his wife and high-school-aged son. He also has two older children, a son and a daughter, who have graduated from college and now live in Alberta, Canada, and New York, respectively.
