Tiffany began her career at AMP as a part-time college student in our Administration Department and upon graduation quickly moved into the Admin Team Lead full time. She was promoted again to the Administration Manager position in 2006. In 2007, she moved to the Customer Service Department and managed that team for a year before finding her niche as Sales Support Manager. Tiffany’s widespread company knowledge and years of experience in multiple roles has allowed her to have a positive impact on nearly every person and process at AMP. Her work with sales support is now far more behind the scenes as she’s built leaders in the department to carry the vital work forward.

Over the years, Tiffany has had a big impact on company procedures, technology and processes. She’s aided the office and sales force through various transitions and new product rollouts. Tiffany also plays a quiet but key role in supporting our Sales Executives, and has become a master at being able to solve the toughest of problems, or find answers and data for any questions that arise from any area of the business. Recently, Tiffany has directed the evolution of all paper-based tools and materials into a digital format while introducing the team to selling through a mobile CRM. Throughout her tenure Tiffany remains a calm, solution based, big picture thinker able to spearhead the process of change management.
