Congratulations to Mason Fisher on his promotion to Digital Onboarding Coordinator!

Mason started with the company in August 2021 as a Digital Onboarding Specialist. In just 8 months, Mason quickly found success in this role and began expanding his responsibilities by taking on additional tasks to further assist the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Team. Recently, he played a critical role in the training of our newest team members, streamlined our Image tracking process, and completed the script overhaul for the Digital Onboarding team.

In Mason’s new role, he will continue to provide a high-class onboarding experience for our Field Sales Reps and customers while taking on new responsibilities with the Digital Onboarding team’s processes and training. With the introduction of Platinum and AMP Bundles, the continued evolution of AMP will provide an incredible opportunity on the Digital Onboarding team to revamp and develop scripts, processes, and tracking. Mason will work to tackle these initiatives and much more! For those that have worked or interacted with Mason, he is enthusiastic, helpful, and determined to help our customers the best he can. These qualities are among the many that made Mason a natural choice for this role.

In Mason’s free time, he loves to travel in unique ways, having ridden his bike over 750 miles to Niagara Falls and hiked some of the county’s best backcountry trails! When he is not traveling, Mason is enjoying his other passion of music, collecting vinyl records, playing guitar, and attending concerts.
