Congratulations to Jenna Meyer on her promotion to Inside Sales Manager!
Jenna started with AMP in July of 2019 as an Associate Account Manager after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Major in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Jenna took a leap of faith and moved from Carleton, MI to Schaumburg, IL to start her career at AMP. As an Associate Account Manager, Jenna quickly demonstrated her ability to influence new prospects and was then promoted to Account Manager. In her Account Manager role, she continued to evolve by renewing at high rates, upselling customers and developing strong relationships. In May of 2020, Jenna was promoted to Inside Sales Classroom Trainer where she conducted, implemented and gradually improved the company’s training and early career development of new sales representatives. Jenna has had a lasting impression on dozens of DIS representatives and is looked at very highly within the company. Jenna finished 2020 as the number one leader in NDR (new digital revenue), number two in first year revenue and renewal percentage and new digital accounts. She finished as #26 company wide and was awarded DIS Account Manager of the year! In 2021, Jenna continued to improve her personal sales and continued to grow within our DIS leadership team. In September 2021, she beat a company record securing over $80,082 in commissionable sales. She finished 2021 with $689,412 in total sales, $109,812 in NDR, 93.6% in 2+ year renewal rate and 87.8% in 1st year renewal rate. Jenna also conducted over 200+ hours of training, developing and growing our DIS team. Due to her hard work and determination she was awarded as our Inside Sales Representative of the Year and is an AMP Presidential Achievement Award winner!
Over the last four years, Jenna has developed into an incredible inside sales representative and leader. She is always eager to learn, develop and take on more responsibility. In October of 2021, we were looking to expand our DIS team geographically and had this amazing idea to open an office in the great state of Ohio. When we presented this opportunity to Jenna, she immediately said YES and we started building. We had an incredible leader but we needed an office, computers, desks, supplies and a TEAM! In AMP fashion, we checked all of these boxes and started building our Toledo, Ohio DIS team. On Valentine’s Day, we officially opened our office and started training and development.
In March 2022, Britany Murdock earned our first Toledo Account Manager Promotion. Quickly after Britney, Tessa, Trey, Nicole, Lindsey and Cortney secured their promotions and joined our small but mighty Toledo team. A team that had zero reps at the start of 2022, is now one of our fastest new markets and our vision of filling up our new office was finally becoming a reality! Not many leaders can express that they started something from scratch. Jenna built a team on hard work, determination and GRIT! Due to her success, Jenna has been promoted to Inside Sales Manager! In her new role, she will continue to develop our growing Toledo team and will continue to break team records.
In Jenna’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, and watching sports with her family. Her favorite thing to do is to visit her families’ cabin in Northern Michigan where she enjoys spending summer nights with her large extended family!
