Congratulations to Jessica Arends on her promotion to Marketing Coordinator!

Jessica joined the Marketing team in June of 2022 after wrapping up a successful year in Accounting where she was voted Accounting & Admin Employee of the Year for 2021. In the past 7 months, Jessica has proved to be a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive member of the Marketing team.

Jessica works closely with the Marketing & Sales Support team to cover all of our internal and external marketing needs. She’s been a huge help to many field reps through her thoughtful responses on product example emails and through the creation of custom sales proposals. Because of Jessica’s experiences in many areas of AMP, she’s been a go-to for questions from the team when we’re just not quite sure who to ask — and chances are, Jessica knows! In the last quarter, Jessica has stepped up to star in many of our sales training role play videos and recently took on leadership of our Safety & Events Committee (SEC).

In her new role, Jessica will be taking on more project ownership and is currently working on many exciting, yet to be announced projects that will benefit our sales teams. She’ll continue producing high quality customer and employee success stories, maintaining our company websites and social media, working with other departments to achieve their marketing goals, and supporting sales reps through product examples and custom sales proposals. This growth in responsibility comes from Jessica’s hard work on her duties as a Marketing Assistant and eagerness to face new challenges.

In her free time, she spends her weekends hanging out with friends or back at home with her family and their new golden doodle puppy, Jackson. Jessica loves attending concerts — she saw Harry Styles in October and is excited to see SZA this February. She’s an avid poetry writer and has goals to release her own poetry collection later this year.
