Congratulations Jennifer Jones on her promotion to Manager in Training!
Jennifer’s journey with AMP began in March of 2019, and from day one, she set herself apart through a combination of relentless drive, genuine care for her customers, and belief in her own personal growth. Her early success laid a strong foundation—culminating in a personal best sales month of $34,565 that same year. Over the years, Jennifer has ranked consistently among the top 25 digital reps in the company and has been honored multiple times with the prestigious Presidential Achievement Award.
In 2024, Jennifer’s performance continued to soar. She averaged an impressive $13,610 in total monthly revenue, with $8,400 of that coming from OPTIMA sales alone. What’s more, her average order size was a remarkable $2,886—proof that she not only wins business but delivers meaningful value with each sale. These numbers reflect her ability to connect with business owners, understand their needs, and provide them with real solutions that drive results.
Jennifer’s impact goes well beyond the numbers. She has played an instrumental role in growing AMP’s digital presence in both Tennessee and Kentucky. Her influence is especially strong in her hometown of Scottsville, KY, where she has passionately supported local small business owners. Jennifer is known for going the extra mile—whether it’s spending an extra hour with a business owner to walk them through their digital product or working weekends to close out the month strong.
In December of 2024, Jennifer was promoted to Assistant District Manager of the Tennessee North District. She immediately got to work developing talent, helping one of her teammates become the district’s first $10K monthly seller of 2025. She has a gift for energizing new hires during their first days in the field and is equally effective during follow-up training days. Jennifer frequently stresses the power of building habits—encouraging her team to aim for “one account a day” as a path to consistency and long-term success.
Her new role as Manager in Training is the next natural step for a leader who has made it clear that she’s not just here to sell—she’s here to build. She’s deeply committed to growing her own account base while also helping others achieve their goals, and she sees the MIT role as an opportunity to make an impact on as many people as possible.
What makes Jennifer’s story even more powerful is what she does beyond AMP. She regularly volunteers to speak at recovery homes, sharing her journey of perseverance and faith with those who are struggling. Jennifer often credits her faith as the anchor that’s helped guide her through life’s toughest seasons—and the light that’s inspired her to keep striving for more.
Jennifer is also a devoted mother to two amazing children. Her daughter Jaedyn is currently studying to become a radiology technician at SKY in Bowling Green, KY, and her son Camden is a dedicated student-athlete who loves baseball, football, and basketball. Jennifer has previously served as the president of the local volleyball booster club and continues to be an active volunteer in her community. When she’s not working or coaching others, she enjoys traveling with her family—especially to tropical destinations—and cherishing the time they spend together, wherever they may go.
2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year for Jennifer on many fronts. She’s preparing to marry her fiancé, Mark, who recently launched his own HVAC business. Together, they’re building a future grounded in faith, hard work, and shared values. And of course, no celebration would be complete without mentioning Loui—their loyal pup who brings constant joy and companionship to their home.
Congratulations, Jennifer, on this well-deserved promotion!
