Congratulations Emmalynn Bischoff on her promotion to Assistant District Manager of Indianapolis!
Since joining AMP fresh out of college, Emmalynn has been a key performer in the Indy United Market. She made an immediate impact with $20,763 in sales in her first full month, including $9,948 of OPTIMA™ and 16 DUA. She followed that up with $19,005 in her second month with 18 DUA and absolutely soared in her third month with $33,283 and 15 DUA with $22,668 of OPTIMA™ sales. Over 5 full months with AMP, Emmalynn averaged over $20,000 in new business and 13.6 new customers per month.
The best thing about her early career success is that Emmalynn feels she is just scratching the surface. Day in and day out, she holds herself to a high standard, stretches to learn something new, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to put herself in a position to help small businesses and advance her AMP career.
We asked her District Manager, Dallas Fonner, to describe Emmalynn, and he said:

Emmalynn attributes her career ambition and passion for sales to her dad. He built a very successful sales career and embodies work ethic and professionalism. As a role model, he has inspired Emmalynn to continue learning and growing at AMP. In her free time, Emmalynn enjoys cooking, crafting, or just spending time with family and friends.
In her new role, Emmalynn will build our Indianapolis sales team by continuing to lead from the front lines while training and developing her new hires.
