Congratulations Anslee Bunch on her promotion to Assistant District Manager!

Anslee joined AMP in May 2024 as a Business Development Representative in our Schaumburg office and was one of our very first Inside Sales BDR hires. From the beginning, prospecting came naturally to her. She brought urgency to every conversation while consistently building real value for business owners. It was clear early on that she was going to do well at AMP.

As a BDR, Anslee set (and still holds) multiple company records, including 11 New GSV customers in her first 4 weeks, $22,960 in New Business Revenue in one month, and 12 New businesses sold in a single month (Hall of Fame record). She was also recognized as a Top 2024 Inside Sales Rookie and was promoted to Senior BDR in April 2025.

In November 2025, Anslee took on a new challenge as a Senior OPTIMA™ Account Manager, where she quickly proved how much her sales foundation paid off. In her first few months as an OAM, she consistently secured High and Super High BARR, showing her ability to succeed on both the new business and account management sides of the business.

In January 2026, Anslee returned to her roots in Pewaukee, WI, and it became even clearer that her next step was leadership. She has a strong ability to develop people, coach effectively, and lead by example. Today, we’re excited to officially open our Brookfield office, with Anslee stepping into this new role.

Anslee has put a lot of intention, effort, and care into every conversation throughout her time at AMP. We’re incredibly excited to watch her continue to grow while helping develop the next generation of reps.

In Anslee’s free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting Packers Games (GO PACK GO), going out on Pewaukee Lake in the summertime and trying new restaurants!
