Congratulations to Stephanie Conlin on her promotion to Digital Division Recruiting Manager!
Stephanie joined the AMP family in January of 2016. From the beginning Stephanie has been a leader on the recruiting team. In her first year she led the department in nearly every activity performance metric, which led to her earning the 2016 Hiring Manager of the Year. In 2017 she was promoted to Senior Hiring Manager and had a strong top performer finish to the year. Stephanie has continued to evolve year after year. In 2018 she earned the Million Dollar Club for new revenue, Exceptional Acquisition Award for attracting 6 top 50 sales representatives, and the Discovery Award for attracting 5 top Rookie Finalist. One of Stephanie’s strongest abilities is to identify and attract great future leaders. Stephanie interviewed in Coralville, Iowa our 2018 Rookie of the Year, and newest Digital DM of the Phoenix, Arizona Market, Jamie Weaver. Stephanie has also hired 2 District Sales Managers, an Assistant District Sales Manager, Field Trainer, and countless promotions to our Mentorship team. In a few short years she’s made an everlasting impact to the growth of AMP. She’s a firm believer in the AMP System, and her strong dedication to routines and daily disciplines.
Stephanie will oversee our Digital Division Recruiting Team. She’s held the role of digital recruiter throughout the last 2 years hiring many of our leaders, as well as our future leaders in the digital division. Her role will play a significant impact on the development of current and future digital markets. Stephanie is the perfect example of being a leader before holding a formal title. She steps into her new role as a highly respected top performer and leader in the Recruiting Department amongst the team. We are thrilled to have her leading our digital hiring managers, and bringing her expertise in digital recruiting to the team and our digital division.
Stephanie grew up in DeKalb, IL and graduated from Northern Illinois University. She has two dogs, that she adopted from Tails Humane Society in DeKalb, Honey and Hester. She loves taking them on long walks, and enjoying the outdoors camping and boating in the summer.
