Congratulations to Lauren Kovacik on her promotion to Regional Account Manager – Schaumburg!
In this newly created role, Lauren will continue her work as an OPTIMA™ Account Manager with the added responsibility of working with our large and multi-location OPTIMA™ customers.
Lauren started with AMP back in December of 2015 as an Account Manager in Schaumburg. Lauren was instrumental in the growth of the division and joined us at time when we were laying the foundation of the success that would come down the road. She was promoted to Senior Account Manager within few months into her career. She quickly led the team in renewal % and proved what was possible helping drive up the team’s overall renewal percentage with her team leading results. As she led, others followed and the overall team renewal % has increased every year since the inception of the Schaumburg team.
Lauren was a top 10 rookie in her first year and has been in the Top 50 of the company each year. Lauren is a two time Leadership Summit winner and will be headed to Cancun in a few short weeks with her husband Andrew to celebrate her success in 2018! In 2017, Lauren earned the Best in Sales Award. She is also a three time Distinguished Sales Award winner. Lauren set a company record in 2018 renewing over 80% of all of her OPTIMA™ customers! Helping customers year-over is the #1 mission in Schaumburg, so much attention is focused on renewal % and while Lauren is #1 in the department she has never settled and has significantly increased her renewal rate, total sales, upsells, and revenue each year in Schaumburg.
Prior to AMP, Lauren worked as an Assistant Manager at Houlihans after graduating from Trinity Christian college where she majored in marketing. Lauren always wanted to work for a family owned business and actually never thought she would be in sales. Lauren joined AMP because she wanted to continue to push herself out of her comfort zone. After interviewing with Chad Campbell, she knew she could succeed in this role. There are lot of things Lauren likes about working for AMP and one of her favorites is the recognition that she receives throughout the entire company. The recognition drives her to continue to get better and better!
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her new black lab puppy named Lexi. She has been playing the piano since she was 4 and still plays at church and weddings. Something many people don’t know about Lauren is that she has 20 different tattoos! Lauren and Andrew enjoy working on their new home they purchased in Sycamore last year. They have had lots of home improvement projects and Lauren will tell you how her commission checks have helped pay for many of the renovations needed to make their house a home!
