Congratulations to Michael Swope on his promotion to Helpdesk Manager!

Michael joined AMP in November 2018 as a Mobile Device and MAC Specialist.  He quickly excelled in his role, providing support and assistance to all AMP departments.  Michael was recently recognized by his peers as the May 2019 AMP Employee of the Month.

Michael’s “can do” attitude, vast product and system knowledge, and his approach toward educating end users while solving their technical issues are all attributes that align nicely with the new leadership role he has agreed to play on the IT Team.

In his new role, Michael will continue to provide technical support, and oversee the support team to further build upon the team’s commitment to servicing excellence.

Michael will be reporting to Mike Sanderson in his new role as the Helpdesk Manager.
