Congratulations to Ryan Tangeman on his promotion to Senior Developer on the IT Software Development Team!

This isn’t the first promotion Ryan has seen in his tenure with AMP. Ryan joined AMP in mid 2015 as a Junior Developer Intern resource and over a 6 month period, he exhibited such a solid understanding of application development skillsets that the decision was easy to promote him from Intern to Application Developer. His thirst for knowledge aided him in delivering high quality software solutions as well as aligning him with the high bar set by the other members of the Development Team which earned him his next promotion in the fall of 2017 to Mid Application Developer.

Over the past 2 years, Ryan has excelled at providing solutions for our OPTIMA™ production extensions and enhancements and has delved into even more product growth like Urgency Workflow/Tasks for OSM. Ryan has also become our go-to on boarder for new developers. His communication is key in making sure our new team mates feel welcome as well as making sure they are working in the correct manner for AMP consistency. I asked Ryan what key projects he was most proud of and he said working on the Testimonial Page/Website Template Enhancement, getting scheduled snapshots on an actual schedule (previously scheduled snapshots were triggered after pub check was completed), implementation of the PayFabric API on various sites and helping with the initial eContract development. WOW! Those are some big hitter items for AMP and true successes!

It goes without saying, Ryan is a VALUED resource on our Software Development Team and his open-minded attitude and willingness to take on more responsibility will help him succeed in his new role. Looking at the past 4 years is only a hint of what is to come!
