Congratulations to Asia Robinson on her promotion to Admin Team Lead!

In addition to coordinating daily Admin workflow and task assignments, Asia will now also be responsible for personnel management of the Admin team.  Over the past 12 weeks, Asia has invested in herself by successfully completing and graduating from an internal Team Lead development program.  Asia’s passion for personal growth and team development makes her an excellent choice for this new opportunity.

As the Admin Team Lead, Asia will continue to serve as the “go-to” person for questions or issues relating to contract data entry and Admin processes.  She will track and manage the performance of the Admin team and will lead Admin’s collaboration with other departments.  As the primary point of contact for Admin-related system enhancements, Asia will participate in project scope efforts and lead testing.

Asia started with AMP in June of 2018 as a field sales rep, and transitioned from a sales opportunity to the Admin team after recognizing she wanted a different career path.  Her strong work ethic and attention to detail made her a great fit for the Admin team.  Asia has progressively learned more departmental processes, taken on more responsibilities, and repeatedly demonstrated a positive, team-oriented approach to her responsibilities, all traits that will serve her well in her new role.

Asia does an exceptional job communicating with other departments and that was one of the many reasons she was chosen as AMP’s Employee of the Month for September!

In her free time, Asia likes to play tennis and spend time with her dog, taking him hiking and camping.  She is also a massive baseball fan, rooting on the Yankees and her brothers’ college teams.
