Congratulations to Hannah Bartoszek on her promotion to Help Desk Tier 2!
Hannah joined AMP in December of 2018 as a Level 1 Support Engineer. She quickly excelled in her role, providing support and assistance to all AMP departments as well as championing the majority of our weekly processes. She quickly learned the Sales Class process and was instrumental in the transition to Zoho. Amongst Hannah’s many strengths are her desire to learn and grow, including a vigilance around researching support items until she understands the “root cause”. Hannah has quickly become an invaluable addition to the AMP family.
In her new role, Hannah will continue to provide technical support for end users, complete daily and weekly Help Desk processes, and provide support for Tier 1 Help Desk escalations. Hannah will be a technical liaison with our third party support firms as we continue to focus on improving overall servicing on IT support related items.
In her spare time, Hannah is an active gamer and has, to date, collected 249 games on Steam alone. She is a fan of animation and mystery novels; specifically novels by Jacqueline “Jack” Daniels or The Dresden Files. Hannah and her boyfriend, Nate, have been together for 7 years now and she tolerates his pet tarantula, Lassie, out of love.
