Congratulations to Amanda Daniels on being selected as the 2019 Digital Support Employee of the Year!

Amanda has been with AMP since the very beginning of the Text Marketing department, and is one of the most loyal, hard-working consistent employees here at AMP.  She is someone that has done an exceptional job with servicing text customers for many years.  She has a genuine desire to make our customers happy and successful and works hard every day for them.  Amanda has stayed steady during text marketing changes and challenges and has been able to handle any and every change in the department with flying colors.  This past year Amanda played a key role in making sure that when her teammate was gone for several weeks, she was the main point person for our entire customer base and made sure everything went smoothly.  Amanda is always willing to help sales reps or other departments whenever they have questions or need ideas about text to drive sales.  Amanda asks smart questions, proposes new ideas, and always strives to help make our department better.  She has a desire to keep improving, and always sets her goals big and actively focuses her attention on every customer to give the best service possible.  She is a great representation of our AMP culture of great service!
