Megan Goettsche Promoted to Schaumburg Assistant District Sales Manager

Congratulations to Megan Goettsche on her promotion to Schaumburg Assistant District Sales Manager!

Megan joined AMP in January 2018 as a Digital Development Specialist. She got off to a great start to her AMP career selling four new OPTIMA customers in her first month and, as such, was promoted to Account Manager. Several months later, with a consistently rising renewal % and ongoing commitment to prospecting, Megan earned her promotion to Senior Account Manager. Megan finished 2018 both as a Top 10 Rookie and finished in the AMP Top 50. She is a 2x Distinguished Sales Award Winner and she earned the 2019 President’s Achievement Award. Last year, Megan was also promoted to Schaumburg Classroom trainer, a dual role that allowed her to showcase her sensational training skills, groom remarkable rookies and continue to lead from the front with the full assignment of a Senior Account Manager. Megan remains a consistent member and leader of the Top 50, Schaumburg and Inside Sales Rep Rankings. A no brainer reason Megan has ascended into this role is that she is always willing to help other members on the team especially newer members. While still always getting her work done, if you visit the Schaumburg office you’ll very likely find her partnering up on training days and demonstrating with others how to be successful at our work.

Prior to AMP, Megan worked as a preschool teacher. Megan knew that she wanted another challenge and decided that sales was a great way to grow her career. Megan is always working to grow in both her personal and professional life. This was evident before she was even hired to work at AMP. During her first interview, she pulled several self-development books out of her purse.

In Megan’s free time she enjoys yoga, hiking, camping, and slacklining. 2019 was a big year for Megan! Not only did she get promoted to Schaumburg Classroom Trainer, but she also adopted a puppy, bought a car, and purchased her first home. She just returned from a trip of a lifetime in Costa Rica.

In her new role as ADM, Megan will be training and developing her own small team of Account Managers. She will work alongside Schaumburg ADM’s Ashley Schwartz and Inside Sales Manager Taylor Ward as we continue to grow our Digital Inside Sales Division. The addition of another leader to team Schaumburg will further enhance the rapid digital growth at AMP.

Congratulations Megan on this well-deserved promotion!
