Mary Beth Meseko has built a brilliant career with AMP that started back in July of 2008. As one of the most tenured field sales professionals in South Chicago and our AMP, Mary Beth always leaves a positive mark on all of her peers as well as clients with whom she works with. Over the past eleven plus years, Mary Beth has demonstrated her ability to influence and inspire, while also being one of the most consistent top performers in our AMP. As a field sales hunter, Mary Beth is a true embodiment of a leader. Her strong commitment to our AMP system, culture and her teamwork qualities all make her the perfect choice for this new promotional opportunity. She is the first one to raise her hand to help a teammate successfully close a project and is the tenured veteran that will reach out to a new hire to give them great advice. Amazingly, these additional tasks and responsibilities never get in her way of selling tons of new print customers. Mary Beth’s constant drive to improve and full openness embracing change over the last several years has vastly improved her OPTIMA™ results and enhanced her sales revenue through the use of our excellent CRM platform Sugar. These qualities have paved the way for Mary Beth to expand herself always in all ways. This hunger for growth lead to the 2018 Evolver of the Year Award and the highly coveted President’s Achievement Award.
A decade plus into our business, Mary Beth has finished each year in the AMP Top 40 and is a 10x Distinguished Sales Award Winner. Nothing short of exceptional! The evolution of Mary Beth over the years has her craving more. She has increased her responsibilities to help continue to grow herself. She has been taking candidate ride days, conducting training days, and leading teammates shoulder to shoulder from the front lines. Her last two field trainings have resulted in 6 accounts, 3 print new, 1 OPTIMA™, and $5,250 in total sales.
Mary Beth lives in Evergreen Park, IL, with her husband, Craig. They have a huge extended family, and that family just got even bigger with the addition of their new Golden Retriever puppy, Bella! In her spare time, Mary Beth loves to hang with the family and is the master at building fun get-togethers. Most holidays, she is the one that will gather everyone to play games and always makes sure that nobody is left out. If you tell a funny joke, Mary Beth will let out one of the most contagious laughs you’ve ever heard.
In this newly created role, Mary Beth will continue to be influential with our CentralStrong region in helping to build an even more successful roster of superstars. Spending two days a month training her teammates has proven to be hugely impactful. Some of our teammates that have had the pleasure of spending time making sales calls with Mary Beth have described it as “wildly successful but also downright FUN.”
We look forward to seeing Mary Beth thrive in this new role, and she is very excited to run with it. This is a vital role that will lead to increased productivity and shortened learning curves for our new hires we add to our CentralStrong powerhouse.
