Congratulations to Jenna Meyer on her promotion to Digital Inside Sales Classroom Trainer for the Schaumburg Digital Inside Sales Team!
Jenna started with AMP in July of 2019 as an Associate Account Manager after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Major in Marketing. Jenna took a leap of faith and moved from Carleton, MI to Schaumburg, IL to start her career at AMP. She quickly demonstrated her ability to influence new prospects and was then promoted to Account Manager. As an Account Manager, she continued to evolve her performance by consistently raising her monthly customer renewal rates, improving her upselling of OPTIMA programs while still staying committed to acquiring more new customers. In October of 2019, Jenna took on the responsibility as the dedicated account manager for the Coin Laundry Association (CLA). Soon after, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager. Jenna finished 2019, as one of AMP’s Top New Ranked Rookies ranking #9 overall in the entire company.
Over the last year, Jenna has developed into an incredible inside sales representative. She is currently averaging 70.28% account renewal percentage on the year She has always displayed an eagerness to learn, to grow and to take on more responsibility in the office. Jenna’s willingness and love of helping her teammates, especially our newest members to the team, makes adding training to her duties a “no brainer”. Jenna demonstrates, by example, to others the key elements of sustained success: a willingness to work hard and a hugely positive attitude. She is a natural born leader who priorities helping others grow.
While in school, Jenna was very active on campus with several internships and extracurricular activities. She was involved in Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity where she upheld an executive position as Director of Marketing and Technology. Jenna gained a ton of experience that has helped her in her AMP life via her internship at Warnock, Tanner & Associates where she was responsible for content writing on the company’s social media, website, and marketing materials. After talking to our incredible hiring manager team, Jenna decided to drive a couple hundred miles Schaumburg, IL to learn more about AMP and Team Schaumburg! Jenna and Team Schaumburg knew that she would be a great addition due to her outgoing personally and her incredible work ethic. She is on record (early this week in fact) stating that AMP was truly the best decision she made for herself and for her career growth.
In Jenna’s free time, she enjoying spending time with family and friends, working out, reading and watching sports with her family (she is a huge Michigan Fan). Her favorite thing to do is to visit her families’ cabin in Northern Michigan where she enjoy spending summer nights with her large extended family.
In Jenna’s new role, she will conduct, implement and gradually improve the company’s training and early career development of new sales representatives alongside Schaumburg ADMs, DM, and VP.
