Congratulations to Lisa Bajer for her promotion to Mentorship Manager for the Central Region!
Lisa AKA “Bees Knees” has been a cornerstone of AMP for many years. After working for Kellogg’s for “too long” (in her words), she found her true home right here at American Marketing & Publishing in June of 2015. Ever since she started here, Lisa has been the epitome of hard work and selling to help.
Everyone that has had the pleasure of spending time with Lisa knows she is extremely ambitious and is always on top of her goals. She does an incredible job of tracking her performance and staying committed to getting better everyday. She has blasted up the AMP rankings and is now the #2 rep in the entire organization. When asked, Lisa points to her family as a big reason for all of her success. Her husband Aric helps her stay on track and even built a room in the house dedicated to sales when the COVID-19 mandatory shutdown swept our selling territories. That constant support and her own motivation to provide a great life for her three kids Arisa (16), Adyn (12), and Alea (7) is what keeps Lisa going.
Lisa’s strong commitment to our AMP system, culture and her teamwork qualities all make her the perfect choice for this new promotional opportunity. The other thing we love about Bees Knees is her ability to adapt. After being trained and certified to sell Google Street View recently, Lisa hit the ground running and sold over $9,000 of GSV! On top of that, Lisa has made the commitment to join in CentralStrong’s “ONE THING” which is to sell more OPTIMA and she has done just that. Last month was vintage Lisa Bajer: Over $30,000 in total sales/ 15 print new accounts/ 8 Optima accounts and 9 GSV sales with 83% POS… now that is special!
Take all of these amazing qualities that Lisa has, and you can see why she’s earned a promotion to train and lead others. We’ve often joked that if we had the ability to clone people we would clone more Lisas! Lisa has been a Distinguished Sales Award Winner each year with AMP and has captured the President’s Club/Leadership Summit trip three times. Her exceptional AMP sales background and great character has us excited to see where this opportunity takes her.
In her new role, Lisa will continue to be influential with our Central region in helping to build an even more successful roster of superstars. Her training days she’s already conducted have been hugely successful and her teammates are really inspired by her. I asked one of her teammates to describe what it’s like to be out in the field with Lisa and they said “I learn from her every time I’m with her and I see why she’s so successful. The passion and enthusiasm she has for helping small business owners rubs off on everyone around her!”
