Tara Jenneman Promoted to Mentorship Manager for the Tennessee Digital District

Congratulations to Tara Jenneman for her promotion to Mentorship Manager for our Tennessee Digital district.

 

I know you know the name–she’s the company’s 2019 Rookie Sales Rep of the Year. This New Orleans native, ultimately Murray State (Kentucky) University grad school graduate, has been a natural at our work since arriving at AMP only one year ago as of this Thursday!

 

If you want a cupboard full of achievements in the first year of employment, try this on for size regarding Tara besides the 2019 Sales Rep Rookie of the Year: President Club winner. Achieved Senior Sales Rep status by her second month with AMP. Barely two months into her career and she landed her first multi location sale–$9,800 and 100% POS. A $13,000 sales week. Averaging at least one tri-fecta sale (OPTIMA, GSV, and Text) to a customer every 60 days.

 

Tara’s District Manager, Joy Cordle, says, “I’m super proud of Tara for many reasons. Tara is dependable and will go above and beyond to motivate and help others with true enthusiasm when asked or given the opportunity. She’s a blast to be around and very passionate about selling to help! I’m honored to have her on my team!”

 

Tara is also famous for her personal dancing videos she’ll frequently send that gives the region a great spark. She loves making people laugh and motivating others.

 

Prior to coming to AMP, Tara spent 17 years managing in the bar, restaurant and hotel Industry throughout New Orleans.  There were 9  years in management with FedEx for their hotel and convention operations. And, don’t forget the 5 years with the fire department as a communication officer.

 

Tara has huge goals at AMP– from wanting to surpass fellow West Region teammate Dave Klein in sales, to one day being AMP Rep of the Year, to the ultimate goal of ultimately selling every category that exists one of our products.

 

On a personal level, Tara came from a large family with four sisters, two brothers, a 19-year old step-daughter and three dogs that she also considers her children. She’s also proud of her Bachelors of Arts degree and two other degrees- Masters of Science in Organizational Communication and Masters Certification in Human Development and Leadership.
