Congratulations to Brad “BigWig” Hartwig on his promotion to Mentorship Manager for the South Chicago Digital Market!

Brad joined AMP on October 22, 2019 shortly after graduating from The University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and a Certificate in Sales and Customer Development. His first job out of college was with Echo Pest Control in Kansas City, Missouri where he was a residential door to door salesperson selling pest control services to homeowners in his territory. Brad achieved great success and was one of the top sales reps in the company.

Brad left Echo Pest Control for a better opportunity, he accepted a position with Thomson Reuters Legal as a Sales Development Representative. There he was responsible for making outbound phone calls to businesses selling Thomson Reuters legal software and solutions.

After being away from home for 4 years of college at the University of Missouri and a couple of more years working in Missouri, Brad wanted to move back to Chicago to be closer to his family and friends and find a career opportunity that would allow him to further develop his skills and have an opportunity to grow within the organization. We’re so glad that we found Brad!

Brad got off to a fast start completing his GSV on-boarding requirement of 8 sales in the first week and after being trained to sell Optima and Text he quickly became a top seller and he made a name for himself quickly by showing up on the rookie ranking report. He has been a regular on the morning digital success calls and is always prepared to enlighten the group. Brad is extremely organized and is an expert on Sugar CRM. He has a great work ethic, a positive attitude and is driven to be successful.

Outside of work, Brad spends his time fishing, camping, kayaking and anything outdoors. He also enjoys woodworking, renovating things around the house and working on cars. His current project is restoring a 1936 Chevy Coupe with the help of his brother and his dad. He also finds time to spend with his girlfriend, Monroe, and his dog, Benny!

Brad is known As “BigWig” throughout South Chicago Digital and the Central Region and he has made a Big Impact since joining AMP!
