Congratulations to Jen Elshoff for her promotion to AR Coordinator!
Jen started with AMP back in 2008 as a part time Accounting Assistant, manually processing payments in house, and then left in 2011 to be a stay at home mom. In 2015, Jen was asked to join us as a temporary employee covering in the accounting department for a team member on maternity leave. She did such a fantastic job, that in October of 2016, she joined us full time as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Jen was voted Employee of the Year by her peers in 2016, 2017, 2018 and Employee of the Month August 2019.
Over the last few years, Jen has been the go-to person for account related questions. In her new role as A/R Coordinator, Jen will be responsible for overseeing many processes related to A/R, including: payment plan processing, invoicing/billing, and accounting related email communication. In addition, Jen will work with the Admin Team Lead on reports related to data integrity. Jen is very excited about her new responsibilities and is looking forward to working closely with her peers on continued process improvements as it pertains to daily workflow.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addison, who is a freshman and plays soccer and Alivia, who is in 6th grade and plays softball. Jen and her family love being on or near the water boating, fishing and camping. Family is very important to her, most weekends she can be found spending time with her sisters, nieces and nephews.
