Sarah Mick Promoted to OPTIMA™ Account Manager Social Specialist

Congratulations to Sarah Mick for her promotion to OPTIMA™ Account Manager Social Specialist!

Sarah started with AMP in March of 2018 as an Associate Account Manager, after graduating from DePaul University College of Communication with a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising.

During college, Sarah completed several internships which included Lloyd Agencies where she sold life insurance policies.  Sarah also interned at Safer Foundation where she assisted work-release clients with resume creation and job search and placement. Sarah knew that with her adverting expertise and ability to create relationships, AMP would be the right fit in order to help grow her professional career.

As an Associate Account Manager, Sarah quickly demonstrated her ability to influence new prospects and was then promoted to Account Manager. In her Account Manager role, she continued to evolve by renewing at high rates, upselling customers and developing strong relationships. In November of 2020, Sarah took on more responsibility in the office while assisting with technology, Sugar implications, and development of training materials. Sarah is always eager to help, assist and teach our team on ways to use our systems to better our sales performance.

Over the last two years, Sarah has developed into an incredible sales representative who is always excited to provide our OPTIMA™ clients with the best service. In 2020, Sarah currently leads the team in POS, OPTIMA™ Win Backs, and is one of the top reps for first year account renewal percentage. It is a no brainer that Sarah will excel in her new role due to her ability to communicate, influence and create ideas for our social platform and social team.

In Sarah’s new role, she will assist Digital Inside Sales and take on the personal account management of the majority of the incoming OPTIMA™ + Social clients.  Sarah will be responsible for working with AMP leaders and Account Managers to develop best practices for Facebook posting and Sugar OPTIMA+ Social touchpoint integration.  Sarah will be up to date on social media trends and how these new trends impact our small business owner clients.

In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pups. In 2019, Sarah and her fiancé Marcus bought her first home.  Sarah become a mom in February and welcomed Leo Carter into the world! Sarah is an active traveler and has traveled to Hawaii, Italy and Amsterdam. Sarah enjoys spending time outside, going hiking, taking her pups to the forest preserve and going to the beach!
