Congratulations to Elise Cortez on her promotion to CloseBy® Text Marketing and OPTIMA™ Account Manager (TAM)!

Elise joined our AMP family as an Associate Account Manager in March of 2019. Prior to AMP, Elise spent her time working at Tesla as a Customer Experience Specialist, where she shared extensive knowledge in regards to their newest innovations while tailoring conversations to a diverse array of the customer’s needs and interests. While working at Tesla, she was also balancing working as a consultant for Rodan and Fields, where she amplified customer awareness on product knowledge, organized events, and increased product revenue sales. Elise knew that with her hardworking mentality, her customer experience expertise, and her strong ability to connect and sell that she would be an amazing addition to our goal setting and record breaking DIS team.

As an Associate Account Manager, Elise quickly demonstrated her ability to influence new prospects and was then promoted to Account Manager. In her Account Manager role, she continued to evolve by renewing at high rates, upselling customers and developing strong relationships. Elise made quite a name for herself early in her career. She currently holds the DIS record for fastest sales representative to become a senior account manager at 37 days. In her Senior Account Management Role, she took on a larger account load, improved her sales presentations and continued to take on more responsibility in the office. In 2019, Elise finished #22 companywide and #3 in AMP’s top rookie ranking!

Over the last year and a half, Elise has developed into an incredible inside sales representative who never settles. She currently holds a department record for highest overall renewal percentage at 96.7%. (Yes, that is not a typo!). What our DIS team appreciates about Elise is her willingness to lead by example and demonstrate what’s possible. Elise is always a strong activity leader and her sales reflect her hard work. Her personal records include biggest month ($59,000), biggest week ($18,605) and highest new digital revenue at 16 accounts. Her success is contagious!

In Elise’s new role as the CloseBy® Text Marketing and OPTIMA™ Account Manager she will work with the Campaign Manager and CloseBy® Text Marketing Subject Matter expert to develop and implement best practices for selling and servicing our multi-product digital customers.  Elise will work closely with the Schaumburg based Text Marketing Specialist in the onboarding of new CloseBy® Text Marketing + OPTIMA™ customers while providing the best possible experience to our small business owners.

In Elise’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. She has been to France, Greece, Italy, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Mexico. She is currently planning a trip to Aspen, Colorado! When she is not traveling she enjoys trying new places to eat, going to Chicago with friends and visiting her family in Decatur, IL!
