Congratulations to Anthony VanDerHeide on his promotion to Mentorship Manager for the Central Region/Southern Illinois Market!

Anthony joined AMP July 28th of this year and didn’t waste any time making a name for himself. Anthony quickly made his way onto the top ranked rookies in AMP where he has averaged $15,000 a month with over $7,000 in Optima with an impressive 73% POS. He is on pace to win his first of what will be many Presidents Awards! Last month Anthony had his best month yet with $19,045 in total sales with $15,560 in Optima with 68% POS.

Anthony’s determined attitude to excel doesn’t take away from the fact that he is an amazing team member! He is quick to help answer fellow team members questions and always congratulates others on their accomplishments. If you have had the pleasure to hear Anthony on the morning success calls you can see why business owners listen when he speaks. He is extremely polished in his presentations and always gives 110% at any task he is given.

Before joining AMP Anthony spent a couple years with College Chefs where he sold food service to fraternities and sororities across the nation, along with selling Universities food plans. Anthony really enjoyed his time with College Chefs and brought the selling skills and great mentoring he received there with him to AMP.

When District Manager Lindsay Sullivan asked Anthony what made AMP feel like home Anthony had the following to say, “What I love the most about AMP is the chance to really fly. AMP gives me the opportunity to spread my wings. Sure things might be slower from time to time, but I always feel like I’m growing towards something greater and it’s a lot of fun along the way!”

Anthony’s greatest accomplishments are his wife Meagan and their 2 boys Solomon 3 and Silas 2. When he isn’t out helping businesses grow he spends all his free time chasing around 2 cute little boys!
