Arthur’s Shoe Tree Renews CloseBy® Text Marketing for 2021

When COVID-19 started impacting in-person shopping, Arthur’s Shoe Tree shifted to appointment only sales and utilized CloseBy® Text to keep their customers informed as they modified their business practices to abide by local health ordinances.

See below for a few examples of texts Arthur’s Shoe Tree sent out to keep their customers informed and in on all of their great deals.

March 20, 2020: “Due to COVID-19 we have closed. Please follow us on our social media platforms for updates or to purchase E-Gift Cards. WE appreciate YOU!”

May 15, 2020: “ALL NEW! Book easy in-store fitting appointments on arthursshoetree.com Curbside, mobile, and virtual shopping via FB available as always!”

June 30, 2020: “Book In-Store fittings now at arthursshoetree.com. Still plenty of open time slots available! Mention you are a text club member for $10 OFF!”

July 25, 2020: “The Early Bird Gets the Appointment! Tax Free Weekend is August 7,8,9th. Book now at arthursshoetree.com to lock in your appt w 10% OFF all!”
