Megan Moser Promoted to Director of OPTIMA™ Fulfillment

Congratulations to Megan Moser on her promotion to Director of OPTIMA™ Fulfillment!

The OPTIMA™ product line launched in 2014 with a simple, yet effective mission statement … to assist AMP customers with managing and enhancing their online presence and reputation management on a par with the largest and most sophisticated national competitors in their market.   Seven years later, OPTMA™ boasts over 700% growth, and a consistently evolving offering to meet increasing market demands.   Our clients typically aren’t just on a par with the larger chain stores that they compete with – they look better.  Due to this massive growth, both from an overall offering standpoint as well as in the number of customers we service and support, the need to add additional strong leadership to accommodate continued, future growth was apparent.

In the role of Director of OPTIMA™ Fulfillment, Megan will oversee the expansive Fulfillment functions, including, Warm Onboarding, Verification, Site Detailing/Administrative and OPTIMA™ Help/Support, in addition to driving technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of the OPTIMA™ product line offering.   Megan comes to the role with incredible qualification.  She joins the team with a deep familiarity of the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment systems, as she was one of the primary architects behind the new task management engine.   Her experience in not only building the system, but also working side by side with the existing leadership team on troubleshooting, enhancing and training has provided her a front row seat to the amazing opportunity of leading such a dynamic group of individuals to higher levels of fulfillment success for our customers.

Megan’s incredible work ethic, in-depth understanding of the OPTIMA™ product offering, and her natural ability to solve complex problems with technology solutions make her a natural fit for in this newly created role.  If you have had the opportunity to work with Megan on a project, you have first-hand experience of her analytical skills, good counsel and fun sense of humor.  Megan embraces evolution as an opportunity to learn and grow, both as an individual and as a well-respected AMP leader.

Megan began her career with AMP in 2012.  She didn’t start as a manager or a director.  She started with AMP logging 40-80 phone calls a day as a Text Marketing Specialist, assisting our hard-working small business customers with leveraging CloseBy® Text as an effective marketing tool through proven ROI messaging and growing their subscriber lists for extended marketing reach.  In 2015, she embarked on her quest to take on more responsibility within the organization and accepted the role of Digital Support Coordinator.   One short year later, she was promoted to the Digital Support Manager.   Never satisfied with the status quo, Megan again challenged herself by taking on the new opportunity of Marketing Logistics & Development Manager where she played a key role on both systems and marketing efforts.  Most recently, Megan successfully executed as the Director of Marketing Logistics and Product Development.    Megan has been serially promoted into roles with increasing responsibility and influence in the organization.  Each time, she’s met the promotion and the big new responsibilities with significant personal investment in skill growth and very diligent work ethic.

Joline Staeheli, Chief Information Officer, said this about her experience working closely with Megan over the last several years:

“It has been such a pleasure working with Megan’s unique combination of hard work and fun, creativity and organization, humor and analysis.  Throughout her career at AMP she is always willing to volunteer to get something fixed, never complains about our workload, and tirelessly works to improve herself, our products, and the company as a whole. I know Megan will continue to bring her enthusiasm and work ethic to successfully lead the fulfillment team!”

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and two children, Matt and Annabelle, is an avid reader and big Star Wars fan.  She volunteers for her daughter Annabelle’s Girl Scout Troup, and is the Secretary for the Community Enrichment Association in Shabbona, IL.

Congratulations, Megan, on this well-deserved promotion!
