In Jennifer’s new role, she will be training and developing her teammates throughout the TN North District! Jennifer’s willingness to take on more responsibilities and desire to grow in her career is what made this an easy decision.
Jennifer started with AMP in March 2019. She quickly onboarded with her GSV accounts sold and she achieved her Digital Senior Sales Rep within four months of being hired! Her highest revenue month was September 2020 where she closed $34,565 in Total Revenue. She’s currently the #4 ranked rep in the company. Jennifer’s average monthly revenue thru May is $19152, 9 new Optima accounts, & 77% POS! Her per account average is currently is a lofty $1954!!! Additionally, Jennifer has attended several Digital Summits with minimum sales requirements, and has also won the Presidents Achievement Award in 2020!
The Tennessee North Digital team, the West Region, and AMP is grateful to have found Jennifer! Working with, and training Jennifer has been a pleasure! Her willingness to learn and her ability to take constructive criticism has truly made it a honor to watch her grow into the Digital Sales Rep she is today! Jennifer’s enthusiasm and smile is contagious. Previous to joining us, Jennifer had graduated from Kentucky Dental Academy in Elizabethtown, Ky. with a Dental Assistant degree with X-Ray Safety through the University of Louisville. Jennifer left because “I wasn’t passionate about my position and something was missing.” Jennifer went on to say, “I found my long term career at AMP. When I interviewed with Joy, I was so nervous, I prayed about it on my way to the interview, and Joy didn’t know anything about me. When I walked in, I saw a bible on her desk and Joy told me her story, she made me realize that I, too, could be successful and actually live a life I’m proud of while helping people… I knew I had found something special! I wanted to be a part of this company! I get to help businesses succeed and feel good about what I do everyday! I actually Love going to work these days and I’m proud of myself!”
Jennifer is from, and continues to reside in Scottsville, Kentucky with her 2 children… Jaedyn 14 and Camden 7. She loves spending time with her family. She and the kids are planning a family vacation for fall break to Cancun Mexico! Since joining AMP, Jennifer was able to build and buy her 1st new home as a single mother for her and her children. In June 2021 was able to, for the 1st time, order her 2021 Kia Sorento SX Prestige, to her specifications, and pick it up at the dealership!
