Congratulations to Sara Lindquist on her promotion to Mentorship Manager for Iowa Central!
In Sara’s new role, she will be training and developing her teammates throughout the Iowa Central District at least twice a month! Sara’s development in her AMP career is constantly on going which started back on the 7th of June 2021.
Sara’s previous work experience has had her all over the spectrum from technology to manufacturing, to construction, to social services, and she even was a former small business owner herself. With that track record over the last 26 years, she has set herself up for a fast pace acceleration here at AMP.
Since June, Sara has done fantastic work in wrapping up her first project, Oelwein, IA, in basically 8 weeks. Now she has moved on to tackling her next project, Waverly, IA.
Also within her first 3 weeks, Sara not only tracked down new business for the traditional side of our company, she went above and beyond to help a business with their digital real estate by selling them OPTIMA™ before being trained.
Over the past 3 months Sara has been increasing her total sales, averaging over 21k+ a month with several new and digital sales. No matter the market or weather, Sara is becoming a true pillar of the success for not only for the IA-Central District but also the West Region.
A couple of facts about Sara:
Sara just moved to the beautiful state of Iowa this June from South Dakota. She’s now, as of the month of August, found her new beautiful home located up in Mason City, IA where she and her daughter are excited to be.
Sara looks at all “fails” over her last 26 years of sales as what has improved her and what has made her successful.
Some words from Sara:
“AMP is a very vibrant organization — that is what drew me to them. I chose this path because of the small business solutions that are “top of the line” and very cost effective. The credibility of this organization also caught my eye. My focus to help small business expand their business in the most cost effective way — every single one of my clients is important to me.
In my spare time, I enjoy my family with activities such as biking, kayaking, boating, travel and social events. My family is why I do what I do.”
We are very impressed with her ability to push through and never waver in her belief of AMP and what we do for our clients.
Congratulations, Sara, on this well-deserved promotion!
