Congratulations to Cameran Fry on her promotion to OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Systems Manager!

In her new role, Cam will be overseeing the streamlining and future developments of systems used by the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment team while continuing to manage her team to high productivity.

Cam has been with AMP for almost 4 years and has been an incredible asset on the team. She has worked through many of the roles starting as a Digital Administrative Specialist to Team Trainer & QC Specialist, then Team Lead, and more recently the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Admin Assistant Manager.

Early on in Cam’s career, she quickly became an expert in how to efficiently work through the tasks and help her fellow teammates understand how to navigate the various systems. In the recent system transition, which was no small undertaking, she played a critical role in defining, communicating, testing, and training her team.

In her new role, Cam will continue to grow her fundamental knowledge of SugarCRM and seek new ways to streamline systems with the goal of achieving continued efficiency and accuracy gains for the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment team. Her naturally logical, analytical, and methodical approach to solving for system needs made her a great fit for this role.

This new opportunity for Cam will provide her a new way to challenge herself, and I am excited to watch her continue to further develop her already expansive systems knowledgebase. Cam is well-known for her positive outlook, approachability, high level of professionalism and ability to drive high quality content for our customers.

Cam enjoys time with her husband, Ben, as well as family and friends. She has a love for cooking, traveling, tie-dying, and gaming.
