Congratulations to Jenna Meyer on her promotion to Assistant District Manager!
Jenna started with AMP in July of 2019 as an Associate Account Manager after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Major in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Jenna took a leap of faith and moved from Carleton, Michigan to Schaumburg, Illinois to start her career AMP. As an Associate Account Manager, Jenna quickly demonstrated her ability to influence new prospects and was then promoted to Account Manager. In her Account Manager role, she continued to evolve by renewing at high rates, upselling customers and developing strong relationships. She was next promoted to Senior Account Manager, where she took on more responsibility and leadership in the office. In May of 2020, Jenna was promoted to Inside Sales Classroom Trainer where she conducted, implemented and gradually improved the company’s training and early career development of new sales representatives. Jenna has had a lasting impression on dozens of DIS representatives and is looked at very highly within the company. Jenna finished 2020 as the number one leader in NDR (new digital revenue), number two in first year revenue and renewal percentage and new digital accounts. She finished as #26 companywide and was awarded DIS Account Manager of the year! 2021 has been a year of personal best for Jenna Meyer. In September 2021, she beat a company record securing over $80,000 in commissionable sales. She currently leads the team in NDR accounts and revenue and is ranking #2 overall for DIS! Jenna success is contagious and her ability to never settle and to continue to grow has had a lasting effect on her successful career at AMP!
Over the last 2.5 years, Jenna has developed into an incredible inside sales representative. She is always eager to learn, develop and take on more responsibility in the office. It is a no brainer at Jenna will excel in her new role due to her willingness to help DIS members succeed. She is a natural born leader who priorities helping others grow within the office. If any teammate is in need of help, you will find Jenna partnering up and assisting with her expertise. Jenna is ranked as one of the top trainers for DIS, leading in training hours, training sales and NDR during her training sessions. Jenna’s personal sales have actually grown as she has taken more time away personal selling. She has been able to prioritize her time, influence others and continue to put up record breaking months. WOW!
Prior to joining AMP, Jenna worked at Warnock, Tanner & Associates where she was responsible for content writing on the company’s social media, website, and marketing materials. Jenna worked in our Schaumburg office until June of 2021. In June, she decided that she wanted to be closer to home and her family and was able to continue her career in a new town! While working remotely, Jenna has been able to connect, grow, and develop DIS leaders and continues to beat her personal records month over month.
In Jenna’s free time, she enjoying spending time with family and friends, working out, reading and watching sports with her family (GO BLUE). Her favorite thing to do is to visit her families’ cabin in Northern Michigan where she enjoy spending summer nights with her large extended family.
In Jenna’s new role, she will build and lead an inside sales team of sales professionals in our newly created district in Michigan/Ohio. DIS is very grateful to have a fearless leader to help with our growth and expansion. Jenna, we’re so excited for you and this new opportunity and AMP is excited to develop a mighty Michigan/Ohio Digital Inside Sales Team!
