Congratulations to Mia Giovannone on her promotion to Market Expansion Specialist for the North Region and the State of Florida expansion!
Mia joined AMP one week before COVID critically hit the US. She made 5 sales in 4 days her first week with AMP. As a company and country, we were forced to put outside sales on pause during mandated lockdowns, but promised that we’d be back working with small business owners as soon as we could. Mia rejoined us a couple months late in mid-June and she picked up where she left achieving her onboarding target for OPTIMA™ with 8 GSV sales. She then went on to inspire 3 OPTIMA™ sales that same month. Mia started to hit her sales stride in July and August balancing both GSV & OPTIMA™ equally and averaged just under $12k in total digital sales per month. In August of 2020, Mia joined the Mentorship Team & become the ADM for Team Florida. She finished the year as a TOP GSV Rookie in AMP & became the power of influence and inspiration for Team Florida!
At the beginning of 2021, Mia set big goals for herself and transformed her skills to the next level in nearly every category from total sales, GSV sales, OPTIMA™, & Text. This Summer, she was selected as a Video Pilot & is working on evolving her skills & reaching goals with the addition of video. Not only has Mia elevated her skills as a sales professional, she’s also developed her leadership acumen. Mia’s sphere of influence in 2021 included weekly touchpoint calls to her peers. Each week, Mia encouraged and coached 1 or 2 peers on her “Mondays with Mia” connects & occasionally hosts regional team Zoom huddles sharing expertise on our digital solutions. She’s hosted our company-wide virtual LDP & she’s a regular topic expert on our Morning Success Calls. If you asked Mia, many of these subject matter platforms were a bit intimidating for her to host at first and now they’ve become a huge part of her growth and evolution as a leader.
Even with more responsibility and training time out of her territory, through the end of September of 2021 Mia has more than doubled her sales from last year. She is currently #5 overall ranked digital representative in the whole company and she’s won four Digital Rep of the Region honors. Her best months of 2021 have come recently in both August and September. In August, she inspired 21 accounts, 16 GSV and 9 OPTIMA sales for $18,778 with 61% DCP. Pretty cool for a 4 week month! She’s committed to personal and professional growth & inspires everyone around her to do the same.
In her new role, Mia will assist with training her fellow Florida teammates throughout the state on field training days in their respective territories 7-8 days per month. This transition will be one in which Mia will excel! Mia’s skills have evolved as a mentor and trainer & she is extremely excited about the opportunity to continue the build out of Florida & our east coast expansion. Mia loves our MISSION to serve both customers and teammates alike. She is a student of the fundamentals & will continue to share her passion with her Florida teammates.
Mia’s WHY … WHY she works so hard day in and day out? For her loving fur babies Ryder & Roux. Her WHY is a big part of her enthusiasm and commitment to attack each day with a smile. Her enthusiasm for our work inspires her team members and candidate mentors alike. Mia’s drive toward success has been built on her determination to better herself and her passion for helping business owners in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida!
Outside of work, Mia enjoys cooking and spends time renovating her home. Many of her extra bonuses or commissions are put toward home projects or for spoiling her beloved dogs Ryder and Roux. She’s a huge fan of collecting fossils and has an extensive library of shark teeth. Congratulations, Mia!
