Congratulations to Crystal Judkins on her promotion to Customer Support Team Lead!
In Crystal’s new role, she will lead the Customer Support team, who is responsible for responding to customer correspondence seeking information, clarification, modifications and/or resolutions regarding complaints. Crystal will work closely with her direct reports to identify and suggest pro-active process and workflow improvements and provide continuous feedback to Management, District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
Crystal has been the go-to person in Customer Experience when help is needed in another department, whether it is taking incoming Onboarding calls or helping the DSS team by sending text messages. Crystal is the resident expert in managing difficult customer situations , taking the time to listen to customer’s concerns and finds a solution that works for both the customer and for AMP.
In Crystal’s free time, she can be found spending time with her daughter and son. Crystal is the 2nd oldest of seven siblings and attends at least six Christmas celebrations a year, all for family. In 2019, she started a business of her own, Crystal’s Place Bakery and has been working with our OPTIMA™ program since.
