Congratulations to Madeline Renwick on her promotion to Manager of Video Fulfillment!

Congratulations to Madeline Renwick for her promotion to Manager of Video Fulfillment!  In Madeline’s new role, she will be directly managing the AMP Video Fulfillment team. Her new responsibilities include overseeing customer onboarding, video creation, timely hosting, posting and marketing of the videos. She will ensure the quality of video work created and will collaborate with other digital fulfillment leaders on dependent sources of data, imagery, writing, narration, and fulfillment efforts to ensure a successful customer outcome.

Madeline joined the AMP family at the end of October 2020 in an Inside Sales role and quickly recognized that she would be a better fit with the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Team. Prior to AMP, Madeline worked for Hyatt Hotels, advancing through the corporate chain during her tenure.  She spent two and a half years as a Systems Trainer, traveling to hotels in Europe, Asia, Australia, India, and the Middle East to train users on Hyatt’s CRM, before returning to events in first Bangkok and then Hong Kong, where she focused on organizing, orchestrating, and overseeing events for the Asia Pacific corporate office.

Madeline has made a positive impact that can be felt throughout the organization. Her passion for knowledge, providing prompt assistance, and incredible work ethic made her the obvious choice for her role as OPTIMA™ Help and Onboarding Manager and we are excited to see her build on that success as she takes on her new role as Manager of Video Fulfillment.

In Madeline’s free time, she can be found enjoying time with her boyfriend Justin and family, hiking or being outdoors, or joining a dance class (fun fact: Madeline was a professional concert dancer in Chicago for 12 years!).
