Congratulations to Alissa Royalty on her promotion to Sales Support Coordinator!
In her new role, Alissa will be heading up the organization of sales class information and materials, including facilitating communication with Sales Class Trainers and Field Sales Managers, updating and streamlining sales collateral and running point on shipped materials to newly hired sales reps. She will be responsible for assuring accuracy in all information pertaining to all Sales Training, from top to bottom on the Sales Support side. Alissa will also continuing to support her Field Rep Teams and help to plan and organize quarterly meetings for the Sales Support Department.
Alissa started her career with AMP as a Sales Support Specialist in May of 2013 and has been a consistent and invaluable member of the department since. She has worn many hats in Sales Support over the last 8+ years, including asisting in scheduling observation days, working alongside our recruiting department to support this process and continues to back up her teammates when needed today. Alissa has been an upbeat, reliable member of the team through many difficult seasons. She not only weathered the COVID-related shut down, but came back stronger than ever. Alissa made it her mission to step up when she was needed and I can honestly say, I do not know where out department would be without her. She is a strong, steady and gently impactful teammate who will never let you down.
Over the last two years especially, Alissa has stepped up and outside of her comfort zone. Without having to be asked, she took on all communication with DM’s on selling towns and start-day information for the sales classes each week and has ensured accuracy in all these areas. Alissa makes it a point to ask questions and learn all she can to be the best support for her reps. She is the person they know will get them answers and never leave them hanging. She embodies everything that the Sales Support team wants to be. She is relentlessly helpful, patient, kind and positive, while maintaining a sales-driven mindset and an ability to see the world through a sales-person’s eyes.
Anyone who comes in contact with Alissa can sense her calming energy. She has an uncanny ability to listen, empathize and find solutions with a level head and a helpful heart. Don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you though, she is fierce in her search for knowledge and answers and is always looking for new things to learn and ways to help her reps and her team, which makes her perfect for the Sales Support Coordinator position!
Outside of work, Alissa enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 3 beautiful nieces Caitlyn, Madison & Charlie. She is a dedicated cat-mom to Rizzo, Belle and Bianca, enjoys cooking and has set personal fitness goals this past year that she is determined to stick to!
