Congratulations to Anh Tran on winning Employee of the year!

Anh joined AMP at the end of March 2021 as a data analyst.  Immediately she set to work on a stalled vendor project to update our commissions framework with new commission plans and updates.  Anh met with business stakeholders, with the vendor and was assisted by Mike and Naba, her partner data analyst. She worked tirelessly with the team to pull together a full refactor of our company commissions framework into Tableau in July. Not an easy task! This project became the foundation of many other sales and management reports and has decreased manual effort, errors, and created clean, beautiful Tableau reports in real time for managers and reps.   With Nabanita, Anh also developed and conducted training for our management team. Her work ethic, positive attitude and the outstanding transformative results of the commissions project make her our choice for IT employee of the year.
