Congratulations to Kayli White on her promotion to GSV Assistant Manager!

After spending more than a year in our Customer Experience team, Kayli joined the GSV Scheduling team in August 2019. She quickly made an impact within every aspect of our GSV scheduling functions. She carefully plans efficient routes for photographers, responds promptly to both sales rep and customer inquiries, reviews reports for accuracy, and handles the most challenging scenarios like a pro.

In her new role, Kayli will be working more closely with our photography team, while still providing important feedback to our sales reps and customers.  Over the next few months, we will be enhancing our photography team to include Regional photography leaders who will report to Kayli in her new role. Regional photography leaders will be positioned to enhance communication, training and support for our hardworking photographer team. In addition, Kayli will be overseeing our scheduling team and training additional resources to assist with daily reminders, emails and rescheduling requests.

Kayli lives in DeKalb with her boyfriend, Martin, and their cat Aretha. After renovating and updating their rental property, Kayli and Martin purchased a new home in June.
