Congratulations to Deitra Ring on her promotion to Video Workflow Coordinator!

Deitra joined our GSV Fulfillment team in March 2018, and mastered every GSV related task, including GSV photo shoots and each step of the robust editing process. She is an integral part of the day-to-day workflow within our editing department. She also works collaboratively with both our Customer Support and OPTIMA™ Help teams to facilitate resolutions around challenging accounts to ensure the GSV editing process maintains momentum. Although her main focus has been on GSV fulfillment, Deitra has also played a huge role in the development and recording of professional voice overs. Deitra’s amazing voice has appeared in several marketing and customer videos over the course of her career with AMP.

In Deitra’s new role, she will bring her incredible work ethic to the fulfillment of our Video product. Her organization and attention to detail will assist our script writers and videographers with producing quality videos. She will work closely with the Manager of Fulfillment on each step of the fulfillment process while eagerly working to meet and exceed customer expectations on the finished product.

Deitra and her husband, Jake, married in 2020, and last year moved back to DeKalb to purchase their new home.  Outside of work, Deitra enjoys knitting, sewing, video games, playing board games with friends and family, and cuddling with her cat, Lemmy.
