Congratulations to Cameran (Cam) Fry on her promotion to Digital Fulfillment Systems Manager!
In just about 5 years with AMP, Cam has consistently expanded her knowledgebase across all AMP digital product offerings, always looking for new ways that she can add value to the company and her team. She personally worked many of the roles on the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment team and over the course of the last nine months she has positioned herself as the main go-to person for OPTIMA™ systems development. Cam embarked on this journey by first growing her fundamental knowledge of SugarCRM and then actively seeking new ways to streamline the system to achieve the greatest efficiency for the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment team.
In Cam’s new role as the Digital Fulfillment Systems Manager, she will continue to expand upon her already strong skillset of supporting the fulfillment engines for all AMP digital products, while continuing forward the vision and mission for providing our customers a high-class fulfillment experience. Additionally, she will continue to work closely with her team on achieving a high level of performance in task completion and turnaround times. Anyone that has worked with Cam knows that she always willing to help, has a positive outlook, and a passion for “figuring it out”. Her naturally logical, analytical, and methodical approach to systems based strategic solutions made her the best fit for this role.
This newly expanded role will provide Cam an opportunity to employ a holistic and streamlined approach to managing ALL digital fulfillment systems, and I am excited to get the opportunity to work with her directly this through next step in her career evolution.
Kristin Bayle, Director of IT Project Management had this to say about her experience working with Cam, “I have been able to work more closely with her over the past few months and have been thoroughly impressed with all that she has taken on. She has been with us for a few years but really have begun to hear her name mentioned more and more in conversations around new initiatives, questioning the “WHY” behind something and ensuring that her team is following the best practices of their systems. I am really excited to see the big things she continues to accomplish in her career”
With her new role, I’ve seen how Cam can efficiently manage her daily tasks, along with outreaches by myself or the dev team with UAT items AND working to ensure the OPTIMA™ teams are well informed of new enhancements or breaks in process that have been identified. She has a can do attitude that is ALWAYS appreciated and it will continue to help carry her far in her career at AMP.”
In Cam’s free time, she loves to cook and try different foods, gaming with her husband, Ben, reading, traveling somewhere new each year, and attempting a different art project each month.
Congratulations Cameran, on this well-deserved promotion!
