Congratulations to Ebony Scott on her promotion to Senior OPTIMA™ Cross-Functional Specialist!

Ebony started with the company in January 2021. She started in the site detailing role and quickly found success, which led her to learn additional tasks on the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment team. In the second half of 2021, Ebony did an amazing job splitting her time to learn and master the recommendation card process, hitting Senior status in November. She continued to build her Sugar knowledge while also communicating with both customers and our third party vendor.

Ebony took over the rec card process entirely in February 2022 and has flawlessly continued with reliable, efficient and prompt fulfillment for all new and renewed OPTIMA™ customers! This year brings quite a bit of enhancement potential, in which Ebony will play an integral role of providing important feedback of current processes, testing new developments and continuing her success with recommendation card fulfillment.

Outside of work Ebony loves to read, bake, and watch TV; Hamilton and Bridgerton among her favorites. She has 6 brothers and 3 sisters, so there’s rarely a dull moment in her family! In the last year, Ebony has done an incredible job in her role, stepping out of her comfort zone and continually asking questions to expand her understanding of all things OPTIMA™.
