Congratulations to Alissa Royalty on her promotion to Sales Support Onboarding Coordinator!

In her new role, Alissa will continue to provide outstanding support to the entirety of the field sales team, while using her advanced skillset to provide increased support to the Director of Training in coordination of our sales classes and onboarding processes.  Retention is one of our team’s number one goals and Alissa will play an integral role by applying her impeccable organization skills and insightful ideas to further AMP’s goals in this key area.  Alissa just celebrated 9 years with AMP and has been a consistent, invaluable part of the Sales Support team since day one.  She has been here for many changes and knows firsthand how adapting and adjusting a processes on an ongoing basis can make a huge difference.  Alissa is the right-hand woman for many people in the company including her reps.  She has a persistently cheerful personality that lets anyone working with her know they are in the best hands. If she can’t personally fix an issue, she finds the answer quickly and efficiently!  Reps who work with her regularly, would tell you that they would be lost without her. We are so excited for her to take on this new opportunity and increase her impact on our newest AMP Sales hires!

In Alissa’s free time she loves to spend time at her family’s cabin in Wisconsin or you can find her at home enjoying being a dedicated cat mama!
