Congratulations to Katrina Dwyer on her promotion to OPTIMA™ Cross-Functional Specialist!

Katrina joined the Optima Content Fulfillment team in November last year and has recently learned a multitude of new tasks. She has spent a lot of time working through our Optima customers’ testimonial pages making sure they go live correctly. She also has taken on Google Posts and Holiday Hour tasks. She has been doing an amazing job and she was an obvious choice to promote to a newly created position. Katrina will move to a Cross-Functional Specialist role on the team! She will continue to work the pieces of the job she has already mastered as well as take on Review Response tasks.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys playing co-op video games so that she can connect with friends, and spending time with her western hognose snake named Fish!
