Congratulations to Ashley Ray on her promotion to Senior Hiring Manager!

Ashley came to AMP in April of this year. With one of our fastest promotions to Senior Hiring Manger, she has made a big impact to our Iowa team in a short amount of time.

This spring Ashley was excited and enthusiastic about rejoining the workforce after spending some time at home in her most important role, Mom, with her two little ones. She began to ask friends and family about opportunities in the DeKalb and Sycamore area. Ashley spoke with her friend Amy Fabrizius and Amy told her about our opportunity in recruiting for AMP.  Instantly Ashley’s big personality and bright light shined through and we knew she would be just like Amy, another star in our team.

Ashley’s previous role in sales was working as a representative for Herff Jones where she would help high school graduates pick out their senior moments with cap and gown, class rings, and class photos. She helped make a big moment in high-school children’s lives special, and memorial, for youth all around Central Illinois. She’s used that same experience to help our candidates feel at ease in the interviewing process, and inspires others to help join our mission.

In a brief four months with AMP Ashley has constantly led at the top of the team in bringing new teammates to our business. Shari Phipps, Alexa Clark, and Todd Vander Peut are a few of the Rookies Ashley has inspired to join AMP!

One of Ashley’s big goals when she came to AMP was to, along with her husband, buy their first home. In July, they made that dream come true, and have spent the last few weeks unpacking and making their new home perfect for their two children. We are so proud of the Ray family for their hard work and determination to make this a reality.
