Congratulations to Tori Rossell on her promotion to Mentorship Manager for Jacksonville, Florida!

Tori joined AMP & Team Florida at the start of June & she earned her promotion following her best month of sales in August with $10,635 in total sales – closing $3,100 in OPTIMA™ sales & $7,535 in GSV sales. Tori’s evolution in digital sales had her joining the ranks of our highly skilled & influential Mentorship Team in July.  Tori has a lot of fun in the field & is a great source of positive influence for her team! She has a great sense of humor and is always sure to get any training day going with some pump up music.

Tori’s drive toward success was built on consistent new business. Joining AMP when the Digital New Account compensation was introduced, she become one of the first individuals in the company to hit #25 DNA bonus level. She moves quickly and leads by example! Before joining us, she worked as a server & trainer at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Jacksonville a skill that requires the same amount of consistency and results.

Outside of work, Tori loves spending time with her family. She recently celebrated 8 years this month with her husband Jordy. They have two kids Noah (6) & Mandy (4) that keep them busy with school & extra-curricular athletics. Tori grew up in Florida so she loves spending time with her family at the beach – of course! At home, she likes to have fun with cooking & creating new recipes for her family to enjoy.
